MPP Rosario Marchese is proposing major amendments to the Condominium Owners Protection Act. The changes are designed to protect current and future condo owners. Marchese will be explaining his proposal and offering perspectives on how we can grow our urban communities in healthy ways at February's Why Should I Care event.

What is the current status of the bill?
Rosario will reintroduce his private members bill to amend the condo act when the legislature resumes on February 21, 2012.

How can I help?

Between now and May, we need to re-engage and build support for the bill. Contact people in your building, attend Rosario's meetings, write to Premier McGuinty or sign a petition in support of Rosario's bill.

Volunteer - Over the last four years, Rosario has visited many condos to speak with condo owners directly. We anticipate more of these condo meetings in the coming months and can always use your help to organize and promote these community meetings.
